Step 02 — The actual work

OK. We actually fix these things.

The jokes are free. The repair is the job.

  • 01

    Diagnostics

Find the real fault instead of the symptom you can see.

  • 02

    Mechanical repair

Belts, rails, bearings, gantries, frames, motion problems.

  • 03

    Extrusion & hotend

Clogs, blobs, heat creep, extruder and feed problems.

  • 04

    Calibration

Bed, flow, E-steps, offsets, tuning — dialed back in.

  • 05

    Electronics troubleshooting

Boards, wiring, sensors, thermistors, power, dead machines.

  • 06

Three 3DBenchy test boats on a print bed, each one printed badly enough to collapse

The boat has sunk.

You’ve leveled the bed fourteen times. Maybe it isn’t the bed.

Step 03 — The process

How it works

  1. 01

    Show us the damage

Tell us the printer, the model, and what it did. Photos help more than paragraphs.

  2. 02

    We diagnose + fix it

Repair, part replacement, calibration or maintenance — whatever the actual fault turns out to be.

  3. 03

    Get back to printing

The machine goes back to you working and dialed in.

Service area

Drop-off and on-site service are both available. Which one makes sense depends on the machine and the fault — tell us what you’ve got and we’ll sort it out.

Single machines, workshops, and print farms where one unit is always the problem child.

Questions

FAQ

What areas do you serve?

North NJ. Drop-off and on-site service are both available, depending on the issue and the machine.

What printers do you work on?

Bambu Lab, FDM/filament printers, resin printers, large-format and specialty machines, and full print farms.

What kind of problems can you fix?

Clogs, bad first layers, extrusion problems, failed prints, belt and mechanical issues, layer shifting, calibration problems, electronics, and preventive maintenance.

What does it cost?

It depends on the machine and what’s actually wrong with it. Send the request through and we’ll tell you what it needs before anything happens.

How long does it take?

That depends on the fault and on parts. We’ll give you a straight answer once we’ve diagnosed it, not before.

I don’t know what’s wrong with it. Is that a problem?

No. Diagnosing it is the job. Pick “I have no idea” on the form and describe what you’re seeing.

How do I get started?

Fill out the repair request with what’s going on and we’ll get back to you to schedule service.
